Notes from the Selectors
- These are the initial teams – selection is an ongoing process and performance and results will be monitored. Approach a selector if you have any concerns about placings.
- Due to an abundance of ladies of a similar level, the D team ladies will work in a rota system. We realise this will disrupt the pairings but it is the only fair way to ensure everyone gets games. This was discussed at the AGM and it was agreed that a rota system could be used for the D team, as long as it was made clear in advance that this would be the case.
- Team sheets are to be copied and given to Rebecca, Hazel or Keith on a regular basis so we can make any changes to teams if needed.
